Important Shipping Information

The operations of our fulfillment center in the Philippines was affected by the typhoon flooding. As a result, all orders will be shipped out between November 23-December 4. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

In order to provide the best shipping rates, we have fulfillment centers located in USA, Canada, and Philippines. However, each location has different inventory amount, and the availability of the products will reflect on the shipping rate.

Shipping fees are calculated according to the weight and destination of your package. 

Each package is provided with a tracking number. Be advised that all shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details, along with the tracking number. Tracking information with only be updated after one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

Please note that deliveries are only made on business days, from 9 am to 6 pm EST, and processing may take up to 5-10 business days. During new issue release, processing may take longer than usual due high volume of orders.

Canada / US / Philippines

Once the order has been placed, please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed. An additional 2-4 business days are required for standard expedited delivery and 1-3 business days for priority delivery. All shipping and handling charges are dependent on the total weight of the order. All charges will appear on checkout.

Order shipments are insured with a tracking number and the buyer assumes all responsibilities after delivery including loss of items after delivery and of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Please note that the shipping location of your order will depend on the stock availability of the product. In case of customs fees, the buyer will be responsible to pay for these charges.

International

Once the order has been placed, please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed and certain additional days for shipping. Delivery time will vary based on the delivery address, time of purchase, and the delivery options selected. All international shipping rates are based on the destination and the total weight and volume of your order as well as the method of delivery chosen.

All international orders may incur duties, fees, and import taxes upon delivery. These charges are country-specific and are determined by your country's local customs authority. Payment of these by the recipient is necessary to release your order from customs. International orders will be shipped via FedEx or DHL, depending on what is available to your country.

 

 

Return Policy

 

  

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund by contacting us using our contact form.

We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All returned items must be in their original condition and should be sent prepaid via courier. We will not accept CODs (cash on delivery). Returns should be sent with a tracking number and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. All returns are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the package. Please note that there is an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund to the same method of payment.
